We provide electrical installation, repair, testing, inspection, and maintenance services to domestic and commercial customers.

 

2. Use of Our Website

By accessing our website, you agree to:

  • Use the site for lawful purposes only.

  • Not attempt to disrupt or damage the website.

  • Not copy or reuse content without permission.

 

We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information is error‑free.

 

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change if additional work is required or unforeseen issues arise.

  • Any changes will be discussed and agreed before work continues.

  • Call‑out fees may apply depending on location and time of visit.

4. Booking & Appointments

When booking a job:

  • We will confirm the date and time of your appointment.

  • You must ensure safe access to the property.

  • If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours notice.

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Deposits & Payments

  • Some jobs may require a deposit, especially where materials must be purchased.

  • Deposits are non‑refundable once materials have been ordered.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept Card payments & Bank transfers.

6. Our Workmanship Guarantee

We take pride in our work. We guarantee:

  • All work is carried out by qualified electricians.

  • Work complies with UK electrical regulations (BS 7671)

  • If an issue arises due to our workmanship within a reasonable period, we will return to fix it at no extra cost.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Pre‑existing faults.

  • Customer‑supplied materials.

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third parties.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the job.

  • Ensure the work area is safe and accessible.

  • Inform us of any known hazards (e.g., asbestos, structural issues)

  • Obtain necessary permissions (e.g., landlord approval) if required.

8. Materials & Parts

  • Materials remain our property until paid in full.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to parts where provided.

  • We are not responsible for faults in customer‑supplied materials.

9. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Losses caused by delays outside our control.

  • Damage resulting from unsafe outdated existing installations.

  • Indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Access & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if:

  • The environment is unsafe.

  • There is a risk to our staff.

  • The customer behaves abusively or unreasonably.

Call‑out fees may still apply.

11. Certificates & Documentation

Where applicable, we will provide:

  • Electrical Installation Certificates.

  • Minor Works Certificates.

  • EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports)

Certificates are issued once full payment has been received.

12. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy. Cancellations must follow the notice periods outlined above.

13. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
